Color and Texture
A random selection of images of our work, emphasizing the importance of mastering the color and texture of the plant world in designing beautiful landscapes. Visual balance is always our goal, such as containing explosions of color in a quieter green framework, or highlighting bold-textured plants with backgrounds of finer textured plantings. We enjoy developing harmonious color schemes based on client preferences or natural cues, and playing with the textures of turf, trees, shrubs, and groundcover to stimulate or relax depending on the intent and the setting. Nature is always our strongest influence, and in certain environments a simple editing or doing absolutely nothing is all that is recommended.
